Includes everything in a basic eye exam, plus additional testing to ensure your contact lenses fit properly and provide clear, comfortable vision.
New Contact Lens Wearer Exam

For first-time wearers, this includes a full eye exam, contact lens fitting, and personalized training on how to insert, remove, and care for your lenses safely.
Medical Exam

Focused on diagnosing and managing eye health issues such as dry eye, eye infections, allergies, glaucoma, diabetes-related eye problems, or sudden changes in vision.
Pediatric Vision Exam (Glasses)
$85
Dr. Gardner is residency trained in Pediatric Eye Care, Vision Therapy (for reading challenges, headaches, eye turns, lazy eyes, and post-concussion vision syndrome), and Neuro-Visual Rehabilitation (for concussions, strokes, and brain injuries). He also provides Myopia Management (Slowing down the progression of Nearsightedness in Children). Dr. Gardner is only at Costco on Saturdays.

Did you know that you can slow down how fast a child’s prescription changes with the new MiSight 1-Day soft contact lens? Our Pediatric Vision Specialist, Dr. Gardner offers Myopia Management options including the only FDA-approved way to slow down the progression of nearsightedness in children. Dr. Gardner is only at Costco on Saturdays and occasional Friday afternoons.
Vision and Learning Exam

If you suspect that your child struggles with Dyslexia, ADHD, or another reading/learning challenge, then this specialty vision exam with our Neuro-Developmental Optometrist is for you! You will be sure to leave with answers and a clear path to helping your child get the help they need to get back on track for reading and learning!
