VSP
Due to changes in VSP's policies, members have to contact VSP's customer service to verify if CT Vision is a provider for their plan. That phone number is 866-773-3260.
Spectera (UHC)
Spectera is the vision plan often included with United HealthCare insurance. Spectera plans usually cover a comprehensive eye exam once a year with a copay, plus an allowance for glasses or contact lenses. You can review your coverage at myuhcvision.com.
Costco Employee's
We only accept EyeMed if you are a Costco employee. EyeMed plans generally include a routine eye exam and an allowance for glasses or contact lenses. Visit eyemedvisioncare.com to view your plan details.
We Do Not Accept Health Insurance Alone
If you have vision coverage through your health insurance provider (e.g., DMBA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Select Health, etc.), we recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm whether they allow reimbursement for out-of-network eye care providers. At the end of your appointment, you will receive an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.
