Due to changes in VSP's policies, members have to contact VSP's customer service to verify if CT Vision is a provider for their plan.  That phone number is 866-773-3260.

 

We do not accept any health insurances

However, if you have vision coverage through your health insurance (DMBA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Select Health, etc.) please check with your insurance company to see if you can bill out of network eye doctors.  You will receive an itemized receipt to send into your insurance company at the end of your appointment.
